I will add, that 25 mm of Kerawool insulation is not sufficient on top. I'll insulate better higher third of the chimney pipe. In my bell temperatures are 400+ on top of the bell.

My own heater is insulated with 25 mm superwool plus 100 mm rockwool on top. Temperatures in the range of 60 ºC on top while the walls are 50 ºC, the larger the delta-T the faster the heat comes through. My bell is double walled throughout, 120 mm inner and 50 mm outer wall.

How did you proceed on your stove to make it hermetically the flue pipe on the top of stove? If I see correctly it is cermic wool compressed by the layer of bricks and by the second layer avec mixture poured ? Thanks again

Bricks with clay mortar 4. layer of wool 5. Bricks with clay mortar 6. mix of clay mortar and cement Flue pipe wetted by moprtar on 5-6 layers. First 4 layers flue pipe surrounded by wool, compressed by dry bricks.
