Hey Brian, Any updates on the therapy pool heater? How did the heat exchanger work out? Actually I stopped work on this project and scavenged it for my other rocket stove ( donkey32.proboards.com/thread/2268/portable-collapsible-rocket-stove-heater ) I'm going to install the 100' of copper coil in the pizza oven I built for on top of that stove and use a 12v pump, battery and solar panels to circulate the pool water to heat a relative's in ground pool. I'm making a Kickstarter video to finance having a vacuum formed ceramic fiber rocket stove core made that I've designed, and I want to use this pool heater concept in that video, so I have to finish it in the next two weeks. We start shooting the video August 21. (With the administrators' permission I'll post a link here this fall.) When the outdoor pool season is over, this stove is portable so I'll just move it so I can heat the therapy pool with it. |
