I think a lot of people who are interested in RMH are people who have a long view of the future.
People who may be preparing for a future less certain and secure. Due to worldwide financial problems, energy problems and long term climate problems.
IF you are looking to pass your LAND onto you children I suggest that you make sure its 50 miles AWAY from any nuclear plant.
Although I put food on the table with the profits made by a nuclear power plant, I have bought land to retire on that IS 50 miles away from any nuclear plant to pass of to my children and grandchildren.
