Hello We are looking for the best solution for our dye process. We are in Burkina Faso and we dye organic cotton yarn for weaving. Before dyeing, we have to boil the yarn for 2hours, in fifty liter pots to remove natural oils. We are looking for the best way to do this. The water is already at about 40 degrees Celsius coming from a solar water heater. We need the water to be maintained at 60 degrees. The ambiant temperature ranges from 25-40 degrees Celsius so it’s great if the process does not heat up the space around it too much.
Thank you in advance for anyone who might be able to help!

What you might want is an Institutional Rocket Stove, or Instove. A cooking device for a large pot, upto 60 liters, specific for cooking meals for schools. It's a design by Aprovecho Research Centre in Orgegon, US. Scroll down to Institutional Stoves. There is a series of 8 videos on YouTube that describes the build process. Or it has been there, approx. 10 years ago. Look for "How to Build an institutional rocket stove", I checked, it's still there.
