I want to build a bread oven with a double or a single level. Do you think it can be successful? Will the hot air lose its temperature and lose thrust? Maybe one level is enough? Do you have any experience with bread baking ovens? By the way, I want to say hi

Hi, that is a very broad question ! What are you proposing to use to power your potential oven, some form of rocket stove? The best bread ovens use a chamber of high mass to retain heat but it sounds like you want to use flowing hot air?

martyn, the stove is actually supposed to warm up with the flowing air. Bread is baked by giving off heat through the oven mass after heating.
Yes, the source of heat would be the DS3 rocket stove
fuegos thank you
