I'd like to make a rocket stove in an outdoor seating area. Mainly because I've always admired them and also this is an urban area so something that will produce less smoke would be nice. My inspiration for 'look' is this woodburner. The site looks like this and uses a very solid drainage pipe which I will cut holes in The design that I'd like some feedback on is below I will admit I've not made a rocketstove before just looked at other designs. Will it work?

Cheers. I wondered about hanging a ball on a chain within the glass/steel box that would glow?... in the upwards heat?
I would make sure the stone table was protected from the main heat.

A DSR2 radiates a lot of heat from the top box window. Then, a steel bell would also radiate a yet more heat.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRQVI7z4g5Ithe flame will blurry the window over time i think maybe if air is let in at top off all glasses so cold air goes down on the inside off glass but this is not gonna make the cleanest burn and also most heat is gonna exit the chimney if you want to built something fore heating whitout smoke Jtube barrel in middel and metal pipe through all the bench under seat and insulatet chimney in end a rocket mass heater whitout mass.. burning a small fire over the time u use the place when the heat is covered up to be let out the chimney top it takes a lot of wood to get warm what about warm feet! and what aboute seeing peoble on the other side clean burn often means insulating the flame covering it up the more window to the flame the cooler and less clean it burns but a small bonfire with wery dry sticks on a non windy day is hard to beat in this setting
