I'm mixing small batches in 5 gallon buckets with a half inch chuck electric drill. I have been using the cheapest paint mixing paddle, but I am dissatisfied with the results. Cement and aggregate can easily go un-mixed in the bottom corners of the buckets. I've been trying to find a better mixing blade to use, does anyone here have a favorite?

Yeah I pour a lot of concrete counters.
I use one that looks like a square or rectangle egg beater.
Gets in the corners of the 5 gallon bucket good.
I let the concrete and/or mortar build up on it and then when it gets too thick (dried on) I just bash it off with a hammer...

Thanks, that's just what I needed to know! Mee too! Beats the 5-gallon sized paint sticks I've been using Turtle
