Why not run two stainless chimney pipes together? : two chimneys in one location = no complications. Cheaper on the insulation too.

I was going to use an insulated stainless steel chimney. reasons: total price. simplicity. aesthetics. practicality. I have to use a crane to install the chimney, if I have to build an aesthetically acceptable insulation the cost of two chimney insulation, crane and aesthetic finish would become unsustainable. I would like to know if it is possible to use a chimney only for two stoves, and what size should it have.

If Italy is like France. It's completely forbidden by code.

Well. I don't know what to say. It's been done before. But could kill people!
Imagine, one stove running. The other one not. Birds have built a nest on the chimney. And by an amazing chance, gases instead of raising, go back down the unlit stove, and into the house. Poisoning everybody with CO. I think this is why it's forbidden. Situations like these.

you're right, after your intervention I changed my mind. the stoves I saw were outdoors. although I think having two stoves and a chimney will slightly increase the risk if the chimney is obstructed. I think I will focus on developing a single core kitchen

I use the same system as the second photo for the pizza in the house. But in the room where I have to cook, it would be the only cooking method so it must be absolutely efficient.

Independenteenergy. If Italy is like France. It's completely forbidden by code. In Germany each of the stoves must have a self closing combustion chamber door for permitting attachment to a single chimney. I assume the rules are similar in France and Italy

but in an area too narrow. with little surface I put pots. and usually low loading / cooking height problem. and I would like an oven that arrives at that temperature (400 degrees). with two cores you get this.
