I've seen it come by in a grassroots magazine in the Netherlands during the first half of the eighties.
There used to be a pdf online, the scanned pages of the original document from 1979 but it isn't there anymore.
Here's another link where the scans can be downloaded.
It resembles some aspects of the J-tube, batch box and other designs. Largest difference: it's a blown furnace with a ventilator, electronics and all.
