According to the specs it looks like 310 ss will stand up about the best. I don't know how costly it is or how available it is. In my area for specialty stainless one has to buy the minimum length ie. 10 ft. If you can find it available in sizes and lengths that you want, I would say go ahead and fabricate with it and then let us know how it stands up to constant high Temps.
