How'd you manage that??
While we're on the subject, I pulled my hamstring a couple of days ago playing basketball with a bunch of high school kids (I guess my 30-year-old body isn't as tough as it used to be).

Max, What have you done to cause this? Falling down, something heavy falling on you, a car has been riding you over? Whatever the cause, take it slow, wish you a speedy recovery.

Hi everybody! Thanks for your messages! Well peter, i've fallen rearwards between two beams on a roof, not far from the sand pile underneath, but on my way, i hit a beam (is it the "plate", which is on a wall, at the bottom of the roof?) And i heard a cracking sound. Pisses me of, because i have work to do! And i can't move much. I should have known better, not to ry to rush things to get finished. But that's life! I've been lucky, not to have hit the "plate" with my neck, otherwise, i could have died!

So you are lucky then, it could have been your neck. Falling down from a roof under construction isn't the best place to drop down but it could have been far worse, that's for sure.

Sad news Sata. And yet, of all the parts of the body to take the blow, upper back is among the sturdiest.
I work a fair bit with TCM and Indigenous medical practitioners. ADvice from those realms would be to clear away the tissue debris with ginger poultice on and off for 1 day, then switch to a poultice of comfrey (cellular proliferant), horsetail (silica binder) and plantain (coordinator).
I only offer the advice because i have seen and experienced dramatic acceleration of healing time - far more rapid than what the mainstream medical consensus offers. Kinda like the difference between a rocket heater and the metal box stoves everyone is used to...
well being
pat

Hi max
been off the forums for awhile so really sorry to hear about the accident, that really sucks, but glad to hear your healing. As my wife the physio says "Let pain be your guide but don't let it stop you. Better to keep it working".
