hello I would like to have your opinion on this design, it is a batch box with short riser and side opening with black oven. Then used another external stone skin with superwool between the two walls. The chimney consists of a steel tube double chamber insulated 10 meters high completely straight. notate defects, errors, you have any tips. Make some particulates as the doors for cleaning. ISA 4.8 square meters approx. thanks Link: drive.google.com/file/d/1iBY4kmBPuxq1zxAyZHBFPGWxxLIS45Pg/view?usp=drivesdk

I took the drawing apart to figure out the gas flow direction(s). The first part seems be similar to what Yasin Gach of uzume-asso.org/ designed, this is correct. Then, the flow goes under the oven part in a bell like space. Correct as well. But from there, it doesn't look like it's a functioning design. The flow is going up through what looks like an upstream channel, and to the side and a bit down to the exhaust flue. The rest of the space, under the exhaust opening isn't utilized at all. In case you want it really this way, you could combine the upstream and downstream channel in a bell structure. Closed at the top, no dividing wall, exhaust opening down low and intake of that bell somewhat higher. But there's another snag, you can't use the normal calculation method for this construction because it isn't just a (single) bell system. The cooking plat will take a lot of heat, the oven and the space below also. There's no method at this time to calculate what the maximum ISA, volume or whatever would be for this design. There's only one way: build it and try. The projected bypass is needed absolutely to get it started.

thanks Peter. This channel behind the main structure was initially a single space, but my need was to have the exit at the top and I tried to take advantage of that space to avoid wasting heat. but now as I write it came to my mind a way I open the rear channel up to a certain height a way to consider everything as a single bell, the other side of the channel the one where the bypass is used to be chimney and I can keep the discharge high. tonight I try to draw.

hello I changed the design, now the structure is due to a single bell. It's better now.

Hello . I noticed that Yashintoda builds its 150mm Batchblock cores with ISA of about 3.5 square meters and not the 5 square meters that are usually used as the maximum limit. This depends on a smaller power of the core without riser? or can it depend on the fact that its stoves are all single walled? if I used two walls with insulation in the middle would it be possible to increase ISA? PS: I redid the design, placed as soon as possible.
