Almost every rocket has a bench or a bell, but not a bed. And almost no one is sleeping all night on it.
Why is it so? What are your experiences? Is the radiant heat from the bricks too aggressive to sleep on?

Probably just a case of too much space and rmhs are typically not in the bedroom. In the orient I think they called a similar stove a kang(?). They first used the main flame for their wok cooking, and then what exhaust heat was left went back and forth under the bed (where they ate their meal), exited at the top of the room where strategically placed containers caught a variety of turpines that condensed at intervals--residues from the burn.
In a tiny house, the bed would seem a logical place for a thermal mass--eliminates some of the dust bunnies.
Or so I was told

yes, a Kang bed or Russian oven. the only possible problem I see with rockets is too much radiation so it's hard to fall asleep

Was it in yours dvawolk ?
