Another stab on the venturi. The real wind speed would be on average 5 times and up to 10 times higher. Currently Energy2D cannot simulate that. Sorry. The real wind speed in the venturi would be 10m/s to 20m/s. which Energy2D can simulate.

I ran the "CrossSectionVenturi4" model for 28 simulated minutes (much longer in real time on my computer!) and the little arrow heads on the streamlines continued to point back through the P channel! I am not sure if this means that the gases will flow the wrong way, or if somehow it is just heat. But I think it is interesting that the model predicts this behavior. Maybe if the wind speed was higher all would be good? Thanks. Clark.

Maybe if the wind speed was higher all would be good? There is a bug in Energy2D. The wind speed is not increased in the venturi, instead it shows increased temperatures as it tries to conserve the energy.
