The more I think about it the more I like Design Three.
Could be build very simple and dirty cheap from mud, waste paper and a a bit cement
and be placed on any table.
With an outside diameter of 550 mm and walls of 100 mm the inside diameter would be
350 mm and with thin walls up to 500 mm.
The bottom needs to be thick enough to be placed on a wooden table or maybe even one of plastic.
Could be easily moveable if a lot of paper pulp in the mud keeps the weight low.
