Hi All,
At the suggestion of one very kind soul I am creating this post to look for anyone with experience or know how with how to build a rocket mass stove/heater in the Philly area.
If you have built one in a reasonable driving distance I would love to see it in person. I have books and even bought plans but my 3D brain needs visual references.
My initial interest is to build a “prototype” in my back yard with a bonus to get it working to use with a small greenhouse that was built over the summer in place of our old rotting shed. Also attached to it is our chicken coop with 10 hens who I’m sure would appreciate a little extra heat during the winter.
I live just outside Philly in the burbs. Not sure what the protocol is for posting contact info so for now I’ll leave out cell phone etc… but I’m ready to nerd out with someone to build one of these things.
