Thanks for the interesting video, I haven't seen it. My idea is somewhat different, I want to separate the gasifier and burn the gases in the riser using flameless combustion .
Whoa! That is a cool affect. I'm sure the neighbors would love the sound!! I'm not sure its a good idea for practual usage but still very fascinating. Here is another good video for those interested...

I think that it is necessary to use the formation of a fuel-oxidizing mixture in the boundary layer near the walls of the riser due to the local pressure of microexplosions, at the moments of hard contact of the walls with the torch.

Continuing the topic. Installing a pellet burner is only part of the plan. I got the idea to use a dual-purpose of rocket stove , that is, to heat both air and water, together or separately, depending on the need.

A little time passed, and now there is a continuation. There was an idea to fulfill in new rocket constructive maybe similar to Okofen Pellet boiler ZeroFlame® Technology ( flue gas special recirculation)

According to the authors of this technology Okofen ZeroFlame® Technology, there is no flame in the combustion chamber during the operation of the boiler, and as follows from the technical data, the temperature in the combustion chamber is limited at +870 C, which does not prevent the boiler from having very good indicators in terms of fuel efficiency .

Why don't you just do it ? Just buy some cheap material and build a prototype. It would be interesting if you share the results of your experiments.

Not so simple. I have not yet understood the operation of this Okofen ZeroFlame pellet burner.
