I picked up a bag of cat litter the other day I thought was bentonite clay. Apparently it is not and I believe it is zeolite. I guess that is the non clumping variety I bought.
Anyway, I have been researching the material and looking to see what it could be used for. It appears to have some insulative value. I'm thinking how about an insulative grog? Not much info online, anyone know about this stuff as a grog material? I'm going to take the acetylene torch to it and see how it holds up.
