Well, i'm in the planning stage for the next stove. My bell will be on osb. Wooden joists underneath, and a huge 50cm rsj bellow.
I was wondering what to use on this osb.
Air entraîned concrete slabs?
I have few 12cm rsj which could be used for an air gap if needed. Tho, i'd rather keep those for something else.
Thanks guys.

Air entrained concrete slab should do it. Ceramic Fiber Board is often used under kilns in those situations. I couldn't get hold of either so I just used a 2" concrete slab, it gets quite warm sometimes but never hot enough to cause a problem.
