Max, there is always room for love and charity. Good will towards all. I am grateful that Donkey has been so open minded and welcoming to others. Can't we all celebrate the fact that we all like fire and find some unity in that? Again, Merry Christmas.

That is sad news about Karl. He was always a go to guy for science and physics questions. He will be missed.

Click on quote, highlight the text, by dragging the mouse, triple clicking or doing control A. Right click on the text, then on opening of the dialog box, copy or cut it. And ppaste in the other thread's reply window. |

Problem is most times I'm using a tablet, so no mouse! I'll have to use the laptop I guess....

On a tablet (at least on an iPad) touch and hold to select, then you can drag the "handles" to select the text you want. Then choose "copy" from the pop up options. Then touch and hold where you want to paste, and choose "paste" from the pop up options.
When copying a quote, change the reply window view from "preview" to "BBCode" first, this will ensure the code is copy/pasted correctly.
