Any disease capable of limiting the availability of any substance required to sustain life
below the minimum requirement is a killer.
Without the jackpot I would have died a very long time ago.
Doctors are more interested in healthy pockets than healthy patients
and not interessted to learn anything about very rare diseases,
because they will not be paid for aquiring knowledge.
Scientists are more interested in the mass than quality of publications.
Hartnup affects every cell in a body,
but excerts most influence over kidneys and intestine.
If the transport in the intestine is restricted below minimum requirement it will kill,
if there is no substitution.
The restricted transport in the kidneys is easily measurable in the urine,
but has not any effect on health.
A long time ago there was an urine screening of newborns in Australia, the US and Kanada.
A restricted transport in the kidneys was found in one of 24000.
Assumed 5 million newborns were screened then about 200 almost meaningless cases were found, none got seriously ill.
Lazy and unscrupulous scientists wrote a lot about these meaningless cases,
which led to the classification of hartnup as harmless.
Any academic grade should be withdrawn from thos scientists.
There are a lot less documented cases of Hartnup found due to an acute disease.
In the Internet one can easily find more than a dozend fatal cases.
In some families most if not all possibly affected members died.
I do net get enough blood and urine analyses to possibly adjust my homemade medicine.
Medical labaratories can request from privates up to six time the amount a health insurance would pay.
Anyway, any medicine has side effects.
My medicine circumvents the broken carrier, but also any possible security mechanism.

"Modern medicine" is a disgusting thing where money comes before quality of care, and natural treatments and actual cures are ignored in favor of the profitability of patentable synthetic compounds the mammalian architecture has never seen before... Often leading to treatments that are worse than the disease for common ailments, and no treatment at all for rare diseases, unless a way to make them profitable can be found.

I also find the contemporary medicine as a technique of filling the pocket of members of med & and pharma cast who apply knowledge of temptemporary mitigating the disease symptoms not even trying to holistically look at the patient's well being. A friend of mine who has been also playing the jack pot with eternity, found the book of Tizinao Terzani "Un altro giro di giostra (One More Ride on the Merry-Go-Round) pretty inspiring. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Once I'm back I'm getting down to delve the geopolymer science. Btw. the excel link you posted in your first entry directing to geopolymer use in permaculture does not work any more. Do u still happen to have the XLS file it had linked to ? |

Karl, I have been going back in time trying to understand the wealth of information you left on this thread and want to thank you for your contributions, even if I understand very little at this time. Cell membranes are made of fats and proteins.
Except of very small molecules only fats and fat loving molecules can pass.
Everything else needs special doors to enter.
In Hartnup not enough doors are build for neutral and aromatic amino acids.
Amino acids can be relatively easy turned into tensides (molecules with a fat loving end),
which allows them to pass without a door.
This shortcut can be very dangerous, but aside of editing the genes, it is the only possible treatment.

Can they be encapsulated in liposomes to get them through the digestive tract lining and into cells? It supposedly works for things like glutathione and vitamin C, to increase bioavailability into the cell? If this is possible, perhaps you could make your own liposome encapsulated amino's? This page discusses making your own liposomal C, and I imagine you could do the same with the amino's if they are water soluble... Or alcohol soluble. qualityliposomalc.com/process/index.html He says you can do it with just the blender and do not need the ultrasonic bath to produce very liposome rich solutions better than most commercial products, and he isn't selling anything, just providing info to others for free. (Kind of like my favorite hartnup's afflicted geopolymer and chemistry genius). |

I have been successful with this process and formula. Hopefully, others can benefit from it.
