Someone just sent me a link to one of this guy's videos, and it looks like he's built a batch burner. Nice door! Peter, do you have any info? His older videos show a stove that looks like a cross between Peter's design and a Wittus Twinfire. Pretty cool stuff!

This one is very recently built, it's a single bell design and a batch box rocket as the core. Most of the design is by me, built by a start-up firm in the Netherlands. It's also a testbed to find out some facts like how large the bell could be and how a partly single skin of unfired loam brick would behave. Don't hold your breath for the results, I have to go there in autumn to let the Testo sniff at it. |
