The Low Temperature Geopolymeric Setting (LTGS) is described in the following paper:

Davidovitz had patented it for brickmaking, but it is also ideal for other low water techniques like adobe.
Castables are possible as well.
In the following two threads I have explained how to make LTGS binders.
Simple and Straight away LTGS Binder.

Straight away LTGS Binder based on Reactive Minerals.
donkey32.proboards.com/thread/2399/straight-binder-based-reactive-minerals
The first deals with the standard LTGS binder recipe by weight of one part dry alumino silicate to one part dry lye.
The second deals with LTGS binder recipes based on reactive minerals.
The LTGS technology requires aside of water only two things: dry Lye and a dry finely divided alumino silicate like clay, grog, stone flour or fly ash.
One can easily make bricks or plates of any size.
Or free forms like shown in the small core demo.

Reinforcement with fibers of any kind is possible, eg. rock wool or even with cut hairs from a hairdresser.
Clays, grog and stoneflour require elevated temperatures for fast curing.
During the warm seasons the sun delivers sufficient heat for free.
More reactive minerals like zeolite of fly ash can cure even in the cold.
Sodium hydroxide is commonly used in households for cleaning and available in the cleaning department of many shops.
Sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide are also available at Ebay or Amazon
Sources for suitable alumino silicates are pottery supplies and in some countries shops for tratitional building.
