hello is it possible to make a 7" system with a 6" chimney? the chimney is after a lot of heat loss so maybe the gases are condensed enough for that?

It is possible. I once built a water heater that had an 8 inch feed/heat riser with a 6 inch chimney.. Worked great. Be sure that there is a good deal of heat lost before you step down or it may cause problems.

Yeah my stove is an 30 feet of 8" with a 6" chimney. Only works because I remove so much heat before it leaves the 8" size.
Gas laws...
