hey wanted to share over here a nice working easy set up making hot water since october.
the set up is: 6" L tube feed triple insulated ash/perlite hovers on pallets above slab 42"refractory brick riser 30' flu pipe between a 6 pack of 55gal hdpe barreles half burried in cob sand rock
next to the riser spillway in the barrel is a veritical 42" x3/4" copper mini manifold in the barrel inline with the flu gas path teed off the hot water tank in a thermal sihpon under city water pressure
2hour burn gets hot water 4hour multiple scalding baths, hasent thrown a pressure release valve yet

i got some pictures on www.permies.com/t/42573/rocket-stoves/feed-rsmh-gal-sand-rock ive made a chimney detach point since these pictures, in the morning i have been letting the heat out of the mass instead of plugging it seems to really pump heat for hours. also been turbo charging with a mini shopvac for the quick shower/heat mode need to get a video up can deep fry in turbo mode and i have welded a double wall heat diffuser gap in the barrel
